郑英锋，教授，1959年1月出生，中国美术家协会会员，中国高等教育学会美育研究会员，江苏省美术家协会会员，山西省油画学会学术委员。1983年本科毕业于山西大学美术系，2000年硕士研究生毕业于中央美术学院，2001年在澳大利亚国立大学、悉尼大学访学，2005年由中央美术学院选派在法国、德国、荷兰等国专业研修考察。
论文、译文《延安学派的木版诗人》、《重构时尚》、《克卢日画派》、《素朴的莫兰迪》、《艺术与政治》等20余篇发表于核心期刊《美术研究》、《世界美术》等专业杂志。出版有《郑英锋画集》（中国社会出版社，2003）、《美术基础与欣赏》（山西人民出版社出版，1998）、《论力群文学艺术集》（中国现代美术出版社，2004）。
主持了《美术造型基础课程群研究2008-2011》、《西方绘画语言本土化思潮及实践研究2007》《艺术文论翻译中的文化意蕴传达研究2012》等6项科研课题。

油画作品《黄河儿女》、《即将消逝的山村》、《古桥遗韵》、《晚霞映照杨家岭》、《汾河先民》等作品分别参加了由文化部、中国美术家协会、，江苏省美术家协会及山西省美术家协会主办的全国性和省级美术作品展览。指导学生两次获得山西省大学生美术作品大赛一等奖、二等奖及优秀奖。
