王丕，1956年3月出生，黑龙江哈尔滨人。擅长油画。1984年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系。现任黑龙江日报社《生活报》编辑部主任美术编辑，黑龙江省美术家协会油画创作委员会主任、黑龙江省美术馆创作室创作员，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。作品多次入选全国美展。作品有《日子》等。

2007年《元勋》参加黑龙江首届油画作品大展（评委作品）。
作品还曾获黑龙江省文艺精品工程奖二、三等奖各一次，黑龙江省美展一等奖两次，二、三等奖多次。并被《美术》、《美术观察》、《美苑》、《光明日报》、《中国青年报》、《中国石油报》、《文汇报》、《解放日报》、《黑龙江日报》等多家媒体及画册发表和介绍。
