鲁树凯，河北献县人。擅长油画。1966年毕业于太原第一工业学校。现任石家庄市群艺馆副研究员，石家庄市美术家协会名誉主席，中国美术家协会会员。石家庄市画院特聘画师。
作品《太行祖孙》入选首届中国油画展；《十月》入选第二届全国水彩、粉画展；《黄昏》入选第二届中国油画展。
