李君(1956.4-)河北邢台人。毕业于河北师范大学美术系，曾在北京师范大学进修两年，现供职于河北邢台文化宫艺术研究室专职画家。工人文化宫美术夜大学校校长。中国美术家协会会员。
1992年获中共中央宣传部“五个一工程”的一部好书奖
1993年新加坡首届中国风才油画展，入选两幅，并被收藏
1999年河北美术精品展，油画《高原的希望》入选并获铜奖
2001年北京太行风景油画个展
2005年郑州油画个展。
成就年画《看人戏》（合作）、漫画《猜谜》、漫画《猎》入选1989年第七届全国美展、油画《太行93117》、《太行93128》、《太行93075》、《太行9393086》入选1995年安徽第十次新人新作展，并在《美术》杂志上发表。
