张鹏

张鹏，生于沈阳，先后在鲁迅美术学院（学士）、莫斯科师范大学（研修）、中央美术学院（硕士）、武汉理工大学（博士）学习，并且多次到欧洲、澳洲、俄罗斯、非洲、亚洲等国进行学者访问和考察交流。
现为沈阳师范大学美术与设计学院院长、三级教授、硕士生导师，兼任中国景观造型艺术委员会副主席、教育部高校艺术类设计教学指导委员会委员、中国美术家协会艺委会委员、全国艺术专业学位研究生教育美术与设计教学指导委员会委员、中国包装联合会包装教育委员会副秘书长、辽宁省装饰协会副会长、联合国环境规划署环保教育项目评审专家、辽宁省政府学位办公室学科评议组专家、辽宁省哲学社会科学成果奖学科评审组专家、人民教育出版社、人民美术出版社教材培训专家、沈阳市优秀专家、沈阳市首届创新型领军人才。
2008年，作为组织者立项高校重大原创科研课题“油彩艺术的宇观架构”，并于2009年12月在北京天文馆与中国科学院国家天文台联合主办了中国首届天体美术创作作品展，同年12月，在中国天文学会年会上，沈阳师范大学美术与设计学院被誉为“中国天体油画创作第一团队”、张鹏本人被誉为“中国天体油画创作第一人”。
近年来在世界各地举办“大地与心灵的咏唱”（台湾），及“张鹏写生辽宁”（沈阳）、“张鹏写生巴黎”（巴黎）、“张鹏写生伦敦”（伦敦）、“张鹏写生佐渡”（东京）、“中国首届天体油画作品展”（北京）等艺术交流及展览活动，出版风景写生作品集、风景写生教学理论著作计十余部，成为享誉国内外的著名风景油画写生名家。
2011年在日本举办张鹏油画作品展并出版作品集《学院派精英张鹏》；受聘为日本新泻国际艺术学院教授；
2010年独立引进外资5500万元实现沈阳师范大学美术与设计学院中外合作办学；在台湾举办《张鹏油画作品展》并出版作品集；在中国、法国分别举办《爱在巴黎》油画写生作品展，由沈阳出版社出版作品集；被评为沈阳市优秀专家创新型领军人才；被聘为辽宁省哲学社会科学学科评审专家；晋升为国家三级教授；在北京主办全国首届天体油画创作作品展览，由沈阳出版社出版《张鹏天体美术作品集》；
