白显文，1939年6月生。辽宁省鞍山市人。毕业于辽宁教育学院艺术系。曾任鞍山市总工会《工人画报》编辑，现任鞍山书画院画家。白显文自80年代以来，创作的作品多次参加省和国家画展并获奖或被收藏。1983年油画《炼钢工人》、《铁厂的早晨》入选辽宁小幅油画展在北京中国美术馆展出。1986年油画《华厦的传说》赴日本尼崎市展出并被收入画册。油画《海风》入选中国现代油画展，赴新加坡展出。1994年《初雪》入选全国沙龙展。油画《草垛》入选辽、吉、黑、内蒙古赴香港油画展并被收入画册。国画《山水》获中国艺术界名人名作优赏奖。油画《静物》、《风景》入选东北名家油画水彩画精品展，赴马来西亚吉隆坡展出，其中《静物》被收藏。1998年油画《夕照》获全国写生画展佳作奖。《金谷地》获建国50年辽宁美术创作成就展优秀奖和鞍山美展金奖并在《美术大观》上发表。油画《四月》入国际现代美术精品荟萃画集。《红高粱》、《中午的阳光》入中华翰墨名家作品博览（世纪珍藏版）画册。一些作品被日本、韩国、香港、台湾、新加坡、马来西亚名人收藏。白显文曾获鞍山市文学艺术创作“钢花贡献奖”和鞍山市委、市政府“绘画艺术10年贡献奖”。
