王慎仁，1941年出生于大连，1963年毕业于鲁迅美术学院油画系。1963－1985年在本溪师范学校美术教研组任美术讲师。
现为中国美术家协会辽宁分会会员、本溪市美术家协会副主席、油画协会副主席，现任王慎仁美术馆馆长、高级工艺美术师、辽宁省大连市建筑装饰研究会副会长、专家组成员。在此期间，发表了许多作品并获奖。其中主要作品有：水粉画《加油站》、《每逢佳节倍思亲》；宣传画《知识青年上山下乡光荣》、《为实现四个现代化而奋斗》、《广大青少年都来参加体育活动》、《伟大祖国到处莺歌艳舞》等等。作品及个人简历被编入《中国现代美术家名人大词典》。
1992年任大连海王建筑设计装饰工程有限公司总经理（民营企业），设计并施工了上百项装饰工程。2004年被授予“全国资深室内建筑师”称号。2001－2002年又在中央民族大学油画研究生班学习。2004年油画《家园一九三七》获辽宁省金奖，并入选全国第十届美展。

Wang Shenren was born in Dalian 1941, was graduated from department of canvas of Lu Xun academy of fine arts 1963. 1963 - art instructor held the post of in teaching and research group of art of Benxi training school 1985.
It is vice-chairman of association of vice-chairman of association of artist of city of member of branch of Liaoning of Chinese artist association, Benxi, canvas now, currently hold the post ofWang Shenren the member that building of town of Dalian of province of division of art gallery curator, advanced arts and crafts, Liaoning decorates seminar vice-chairman, expert to comprise. During this, published a lot of work and bear the palm. Among them main work has: Gouache " gas station " , " on festive occasions more than ever we think of our dear ones far away. " ; Poster " school leavers go and work in the countryside and mountain areas is glorious " , " struggle to realize 4 modernization " , " broad adolescent enters sports activity " , " great motherland everywhere warbler song colourful dance " etc. Work and resume are enrolled " big dictionary of celebrity of Chinese contemporary artist " .
Held the post of Dalian sea king to build a design to decorate general manager of engineering limited company 1992 (civilian battalion enterprise) , design and construction project of about a hundred adornment. Was awarded 2004 " the whole nation is senior and indoor architect " title. 2001 - 2002 graduate student class learns canvas of centrally nation university. 2004 canvas " home 1937 " obtain Liaoning to save a gold prize, the 10th beauty of selected whole nation is exhibited.
