崔嵬,1964年沈阳生人，1990年毕业于鲁迅美术学院版画系1999年俄罗斯卡留塔教授油画研究班，2000年鲁迅美术学院油画技法研修班，现为沈阳师范大学美术学院教授、硕士生导师、中国美术家协会会员、辽宁省美协版画艺委会副主任。
