欧京海，著名伟人肖像画家、人民美术出版社副总编辑。欧京海从事毛泽东肖像创作已经有35年。欧京海自幼喜欢书画艺术，拜著名艺术家赫保真先生和陈立先老师学习中国山水画，并拜著名篆刻家苏白先生学习篆刻。期间诗画书印全面发展，并系统学习过素描水彩水粉画。绘画书法篆刻作品多次在全国省市及行业大赛中获奖。作品曾多次参加国际文化艺术交流活动。
履历
1958年10月16日出生于北京市
1974年师从庞薰琹先生，王国栋。
1975年底考入北京市美术公司，在肖像室学习油画。
1980年考入中央工艺美术学院。
1984年大学毕业，获学士学位。同年到人民美术出版社从事美术编辑工作。
1985年至1990年应邀在中央美术学院附中教学。
1988年至1990年应邀在中央美术学院教学。
1998年至2001年应邀在徐悲鸿美术学院教学。
2000年赴美国学习艺术教育
2002年在欧洲参加美术展览
2003年在欧洲参加美术展览
2004年至2007年在全国各省市从事美术创作及教学
2010年在798艺术园区艺术创意广场举办欧京海绘毛泽东主席肖像画展
现任：中国美术出版总社人民美术出版社副总编辑，编审，中国美术家协会会员、奥地利美术家协会会员。

Ou Jinghai, deputy editor in chief of publishing house of art of portraitist of famous great person, people. Ou Jinghai is engaged in creation of Mao Zedong effigies having 35 years. From a child of Europe Beijing sea likes skill of painting and calligraphy, do obeisance to landscape painting of famous artist Mr He Baozhen and China of study of Mr. Chen Lixian, do obeisance to home of famous seal cutting Mr Su Bai to learn seal cutting. Poetic picture book imprints during full-scale development, and systematic study crosses sketch watercolour gouache.
