张宾鸿，青岛市人，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，海军北海舰队创作室创作员，专业油画家。
87年考取西安美术学院油画系研究生，师从著名油画家谌北新教授，
90年毕业并获硕士学位，二副毕业作品被美院收藏。
油画《伴侣》入选世界青年艺术家联合会作品集。
毕业后从事专业创作，作品先后入选第八、第九、第十届全国美展，第六、第八、第九、第十届纪念建军全国美展，以及体育美展，抗洪精神赞等全国性美展。
