耿震，字自正，毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系，深造于中央美术学院，法国法兰西艺术学院访问学者。其艺术先后师从刘大为、王天胜，尼玛泽仁，郭怡宗，胡伟，范迪安等名师。作品中西结合，画风清新，于传统中寻求突破和创新，具有独到的艺术风格和艺术语言，多次参加中国美协举办的国内外大型展览，部分作品并获奖，2005年10月出席第十六届国际美术代表大会，并参于国际中国画百米长卷创作；2007年7月随国家主要领导人赴港参加庆香港回归10周年.中华情世界华人书画联展活动。2008年7月参加中法巴黎绘画艺术作品邀请展；2009年4月作品赴日本东京都现代美术馆展出；2010年5月作品在英国伦敦大英博物馆画廊展出；2015年8月作品入选第六届国际美术双年展。近年来其作品被日本、新加坡、英国、法国、加拿大等国家艺术机构以及中国历史博物馆、人民大会堂和中国美术馆和部分驻华使馆，和国家领导人和国际友人所收藏。
现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师。中央美院学术双年展主任，硕士生导师，国家画院客座教授，中国青年画院副院长，中国书画艺术委员会委员。宿州市美协主席。
??作品曾在《解放军报》、《空军报》、《中国煤炭报》、《美术报》、《中国书画报》、《国际商报》、《中国财经报》、《当代矿工》、《中国书画家》、《中国书画艺术》等等众多刊物上发表和国内外大型展览中展出，部分作品并获奖。
1998年10月作品入选全军美术作品展。
1999年7月作品入选中朝美术作品联展。
2000年9月个人举办个展，先后在北京、香港、日本、新加坡东南亚等地展出。
2001年7月，作品获全国煤炭、地质系统“建党八十周年书画大赛”一等奖。
2001年10月作品入选“今日中国美术百名代表美术家作品展”。
2002年9月作品获中国慈善机构“中泰慈善杯”书画大展银奖。
2002年10月作品入选中央电视台、中国美协、中华全国总工会“中国职工艺术节书画作品展”。
2003年10月作品入选中国美协“2003年全国中国画作品展”。
2003年12月作品获中国书画家协会“纪念毛泽东诞辰110周年书画大展”金奖。
2004年9月作品获中国美协，中书协“皖北煤电杯书画大赛”优秀奖。
2005年10月应邀出席“国际第十六届美术代表大会”并参与《国际中国画百米长卷》创作。
2005年11月作品获文化部、中国电影家协会“纪念中国电影百年书画大展”特别奖，出席人民大会堂颁奖典礼。
2007年7月随国家领导人赴港参加“庆香港回归10周年.中华情华人书画联展”活动，受到董建华等接待。
2008年4月参加中法艺术交流。
2008年7月参加中法巴黎绘画艺术作品邀请展。
2009年4月作品赴日本东京都现代美术馆展出。
