雷波(1965.10—) 广西南宁人。擅长油画。1991年毕业于广西艺术学院美术系油画专业，后到广西美协工作，1994年在中央美术学院油画系第八届研修班学习。2000年—2003年在中央美术学院首届油画高级研修班学习。任北京画院副院长，广西美术家协会主席，中国美术家协会理事，中国油画学会秘书长，国家一级美术师。
1994年至1996年在中央美术学院油画系第八届研修班学习。
2000年至2003年在中央美术学院首届油画高级研修班学习。
1996年至1999年任广西美术家协会秘书长。
1999年至2007年任广西美术家协会常务副主席。
2018年11月，北京美术家协会副主席。
Leibo (1965.10 -) is from Nanning, Guangxi. Good at oil painting. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Guangxi Academy of Fine Arts in 1991 and later worked in the Guangxi Association of Fine Arts. He studied in the eighth seminar of the Department of Oil Painting, Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1994. From 2000 to 2003, he studied in the first advanced oil painting workshop of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is Vice President of Beijing Academy of Painting, Chairman of Guangxi Artists Association, Director of China Artists Association, Secretary-General of China Oil Painting Society, and First-Class National Artist.
From 1994 to 1996, he studied in the 8th Seminar of Oil Painting Department, Central Academy of Fine Arts.
From 2000 to 2003, he studied in the first advanced oil painting workshop of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
From 1996 to 1999, he was Secretary-General of Guangxi Artists Association.
From 1999 to 2007, he was the executive vice-chairman of Guangxi Artists Association.
