刘佳生，男，1955年10月25日出生，哈尔滨市人，1982年毕生于哈尔滨师范大学艺术系美术专业。1982年在哈尔滨市装潢广告公司设计室工作。1994年5月调入哈尔滨市师范大学艺术学院装潢系从事教育工作至今，担任装潢系教授，硕士生导师。中国美术家协会会员，中国工艺美术家协会会员，中国工业设计协会会员，黑龙江省现代水彩画院副理事长。
人物生平
1996年9月油画《惜日辉煌》在东三省油画联展中获大奖。
1996年9月水彩画《北方人家》在全国首届水彩画艺术展中入选。
1997年10月水彩画《初冬》在东三省水彩画联展中获银奖。
1999年1月出版《刘佳生画集》。
2000年9月水彩画《瓷都印象》在全国第六届水彩粉画艺术展中入选。
2002年9月跟随艺术学院代表团赴俄罗斯列宾美术学院交流，其作品曾多次在中国油画、美术杂志等刊物发表。
2003年10月跟随艺术学院代表团赴意大利办画展，并考查欧洲六国。
2004年10月水彩画《蒙古情》在全国第十届美术作品展中入选。 
2005年5月出版专著《现代POP广告设计》。

1、水彩画《北方人家》1996年9月由中国美术家协会，河北省美协举办的全国首届水彩画艺术展览中入选，并在展览画集作品选中发表。
2、水彩画《北大荒》发表于1996年11月2日人民报美术版，题为《中国水彩画的新开掘》。
3、油画三联画《昔日辉煌》1997年6月由中国美术家协会油画艺委会，天津人民美术出版社出版的《中国油画》第2期在“画廊”栏目中发表。
4、油画三联画《昔日辉煌》1998年2月被《世界美术家传》（华人卷）、《世界美术集》（华人卷）收录发表。

Liu Jia is unripe, male, was born on October 25, 1955, harbin city person, lifetime 1982 at Harbin Normal University art fastens art major.
