李廷甫(1948.2—)别名廷辅，黑龙江巴彦人。擅长油画。1975年入中央美术学院进修班。历任大庆市歌舞团舞美设计，大庆市《岁月》文学杂志社美编。现任大庆市书画院创作员、二级美术师。作品《采油新工艺》(合作)获1979年全国科普美展一等奖，版画《花丛中》、《井场》、《露气》、《冬荒》在1993年全国版画版种大展获铜奖，《井场》入选第七届全国美展，《晚秋的夕阳》获徐悲鸿油画精品大赛佳作奖，《一九六○年冬》、《雪霁》由中国美术馆收藏。
