肖涛生(1946.9—)四川成都人。擅长油画。四川美术展览馆专职画家，一级美术师。作品有《吹响响》、《窑洞前的球》等，《挤奶去》(素描)入选第六届全国美展。出版有《肖涛生素描集》、《肖涛生油画集》。
代表作品有《西部》（获2001年全国美展优秀作品奖）、《吹响响》（获全国画展三等奖）、《窑洞前的球赛》（入选第二届中国体育美术展）、《挤奶去》（〈素描〉入选第六届全国美展）等。曾在美国纽约联合国总部大楼、波士顿艾克顿纪念图书馆、法国巴黎国际艺术城等地举办个展，出版有《肖涛生素描集》、《肖涛生油画集》、《肖涛生绘画作品世界巡回展》等。
