戚序(1954.10—)女，笔名广予，祖籍黑龙江，重庆出生。1977年毕业于四川美术学院绘画系版画专业，毕业后在四川省开县文化馆、万县地区群众艺术馆工作，1985年进入重庆师范大学，参与创办今重庆师范大学美术学院的前身“重庆师范学院艺术教研室”。1992年——1993年进修结业于中央美术学院油画系。1993年在原“重庆师范学院艺术教研室”的基础上主持创办了“重庆师范大学艺术设计系”，时任系主任。2002年进修结业于中央美术学院设计学院国际设计管理学研修班。2002年以人才引进的方式进入重庆大学艺术学院，曾任重庆大学艺术学院副院长，分管学科建设工作、研究生工作、科学研究工作。现为重庆大学教授，艺术学、美术学硕士研究生导师，教育部人文社会科学研究规划项目通讯评委，重庆市社科基金项目评审专家，重庆大学民间艺术研究中心主任，重庆大学艺术学院学术委员会委员，教授委员会委员，中国美术家协会会员，中国工业设计协会会员，重庆市美术家协会理事，重庆市工业设计协会常务理事，重庆市女子书画协会副主席。
