陈一峰男，1960年出生于广西玉林，现工作于广东惠州学院美术系，1998年评为副教授，广州画院签约画家，中国美术家协会会员。
1982年毕业于广西艺术学院美术系油画专业，1993年结业于中央美术学院国画系进修班，1997年结业于中央美术学院国画系助教班，2008年结业于中央美术学院研究生院高研班。2003年油画《醉人的冬》入选第三届中国油画展，2004年油画《母亲》、中国画《信天游》入选庆祝建国55周年广东省美术作品展，2005年中国画《钟馗》、《牧羊女》等参加“中国实力派画家香港邀请展”。2006年中国画《远方的足音》、《雪域的汉子》等入选广东星河特展，2007年中国画《远方(之二)》、《高原人》等参加北京宋庄水墨同盟邀请展，2008年中国画《悠悠岁月》入选第三届北京国际美术双年展。1982年油画《喜遇》被中国美术馆收藏。2008年国画《喝奶茶》被广东汉华堂收藏。1993年出版《陈一峰速写集》，2004年出版《陈一峰扇面集》，2007年出版《陈一峰艺术创作状态》。2000年中国画《战争》入选《中国当代美术1979-1999》画集，2009年出版《陈一峰写意人物画集》。论文《创作断想》、《现代水墨人物形意的转换》、《安祥的艺术》、《谈水墨人物写意》、《画案随想》、《谈现代水墨人物写意的发展与思考》等以及国画《战争》、《和平》、《厚土》、《高原之晨》、《黄土之音》、《野行图》等数十幅作品分别发表在《美术观察》、《美术研究》、《美术》、《江苏画刊》、《画廊》、《美术界》等专业刊物。
