金永吉美术作品

金永吉为朝鲜族人，1965年出生于吉林，1984年10月入伍，1987年考入空军导弹学院，1990年毕业后调到蓝天出版社工作。从此，他一直在蓝天出版社工作，担任军事类图书出版任务。
2009年6月，金永吉走上蓝天出版社社长的岗位，他转移工作重心，致力于为提高部队战斗力服务。为此，蓝天出版社在原有军事图书编辑部的基础上，增加了两个军事图书编辑部，并组建了军事图书编辑发行部，一大批军事类品牌图书由此孕育而生。如《大学生士兵的故事》2013年荣获首届解放军出版奖音像制品和电子出版物奖，出版的《悠悠蓝天情》被改编成故事集下发空军部队，出版的《中国人民解放军军事博物馆基本陈列系列画册》（10卷本）受到军事博物馆领导的好评。
此外，由金永吉亲手编辑出版的《空天铸剑——人民空军腾飞和装备发展纪实》，用历史资料来反映历史，内容涉及抗美援朝、国土防空等方面的具体空战样式和作战方式，很多故事鲜为人知，并配有2000多幅照片，图文并茂，情节生动。金永吉说：“该书对空军60年的成长历史和发展历程进行了总结式的回顾，空军领导指示要做成品牌。下一步，我们设想压缩成精编版，包括缩小开本，下发空军部队，便于官兵阅读，了解空军的光辉历史和优良作风。”
