袁琳，硕士生导师，中南大学硕士，国家一级美术师，中国五十强设计师，高级建筑室内设计师，中国美术家协会会员中国建筑室内设计委员会副会长，贵州省女美术家协会副主席，贵阳市美术家协会副主席，主修建筑室内设计，规划设计硕士，教育经历：曾就读于贵州民族大学、中央工艺美术学院、湖南科技大学、中南大学，先后学习绘画、环境艺术设计、建筑设计、城镇规划设计。
多年来一直在从事教学、绘画创作、建筑设计、环艺设计及研究工作，担任老师、设计院院长、首席设计师、公司执行总裁，近年来特别对新型木结构建筑及装配式木结构建筑设计作了大量的设计和研究工作，担任多个项目的主创设计师，并组织设计研究和创新，已完成设计项目有：清江国际酒店（超五星级酒店，是全国本结构建筑面积最大的酒店），剑河会展中心（全国最大的钢木混合结构建筑，内设大剧院、展览和博物馆三大功能），剑河商务酒店（全国最高的木结构建酒店），2016年参与中国装备式建筑定额编制。
环艺设计项目：1、清江国际酒店主创设计（室内及景观）；2、铜仁会展中心、铜仁大剧院设计（装修、光学、声学及设备），均获国际亚太设计奖；3、兴仁君悦酒店设计，获中国五十强设计师奖；4、汉方集团总部大楼、贵阳商业银行总部及多个营业厅、以及其他多个商业办公及家居设计，获全国展览各种奖。
建筑及规划设计项目：铜仁党校、兴仁大酒店、汉方集团总部建筑群、兴仁党校、剑河县文化产业园区的规划及建筑设计（评为贵州省示范项目）
绘画作品：《盛装的牛》（全国版画展获铜奖）、《苗塞》（参加世界妇女大会展、中国美術馆收藏）、《人与自然》（全国民族百花展银奖），其他多件绘画作品在省内外展览获金银铜奖，并被多个美术馆和企业收藏
