著名人物为邮票设计师，1962年11月出生，内蒙古包头人，籍贯河北。擅长邮票设计。1983年考入中央工艺美院装潢设计系。现为国家邮政局邮票印制局主任设计师、副总设计师。另有天津市歌舞剧院独唱演员。
1986年出版《王虎鸣黑白装饰画》；设计《傅抱石作品选》获全国优秀邮票奖，《韩熙载夜宴图》获全国最佳设计奖，《黄宾虹作品选》获全国优秀邮票奖，小型张邮票《香港回归祖国》获全国优秀邮票奖。设计的邮票曾被评为2005年最佳邮票。曾经设计2005全年、2006年1－7期的《集邮》杂志封面及众多的JP、JF、PP（纪念邮资明信片、纪念邮资信封、普通邮资明信片）。在2005年末，参加由北京光华设计发展基金会主办的首届“光华龙腾奖—中国设计业十大杰出青年”评选，在中国设计英才网进行投票，获得“中国设计业十大杰出青年”称号。获奖评语：方寸虽小、海纳百川、祖国山河、心血描绘。
