薛文凯，鲁迅美术学院工业设计系教授、副系主任、硕士研究生导师、中国美术家协会会员、辽宁美术家协会理事、辽宁美术家协会设计艺术委员会委员。现从事工业设计专业教学研究与设计实践工作。
2000年作为访问学者公派法国进行文化交流，考察欧洲设计教育、产品设计、环境设施设计。
