高峻

高峻,1982年,毕业于广西艺术学院美术系并留校任教;1985年,任设计教研室主任;1985年,受命创办广西艺术学院北海成人教育分院,任负责人,全面主管教学管理并获得成功。学生毕业作品多幅入选中国美展及获得多项设计奖项;1985年,赴美学者访问;1986年,被广西艺术学院破格评为副教授;1989年,创办梅高,现任梅高(中国)公司董事长。在19年的创业及发展历程中,致力于品牌营销和传播策略的研究,为国内外众多著名企业担任发展策略顾问,是品牌“圈脑理论”、“品牌生态理论”的创立者。

个人荣誉

 1989年50元起家创办梅高,从北海到桂林再转战北京、上海。经历见证了中国广告业的蓬勃发展。1996年梅高公司“天和骨通”营销与传播案例荣获“纽约国际广告节”AME医药保健类唯一银奖,代表华人首次在国际上获此殊荣,实现了零的突破,更为本土广告人争得了自信。1997年,梅高总部迁驻上海服务面向全国,建成初具规模的创意咨询机构。

2004年被评为“年度广告人物”,“中国首批十大广告公司经理人”,2006年在中广协支持下,联合十家公司创始人无偿出资倡导“中国元素国际创意大赛”,并先后成功收到国内外作品过万件,弘扬了中国文化在创意中的价值与自信重建。大赛还设立了“中国元素文献奖”,旨在评选出对中国文化创意作出贡献的人物、事件、品牌及社团。著名国际建筑设计大师贝聿铭先生成为了第一位获此殊荣的华人。

2006年应美国广告基金邀请以中广协代表身份作了“东西方创意文化对比”的专题演讲,引起了极大的反响。在近20年的创业及发展历程中,高峻立足于深厚的中国文化本源,着重于在实践中感悟与提升,致力于中国式智慧的品牌营销与传播策略的研究,构建属于自己的理论价值体系,引领梅高为众多著名企业提供了卓有成效的服务。是品牌“圈脑理论”、“品牌生态理论”的创立者。

高峻从教学走向社会实践,感悟颇深。其生动的演讲极受业界、学界的欢迎,其身影时常出现在国际专业论坛上,活跃在清华、北大、复旦、交大、同济等著名大学讲坛上。2005年、2006年初分别应邀代表中国出席著名的欧洲BFF大会,美国ARF•广告基金年会作“中国•重新想象”的主题演讲,受到了高度的关注。多次应邀参加国内外行业评比,屡获殊荣,并发表多项专论。1998年荣登<世界名人录>。2003年,获“中国当代杰出广告人”称号、首届中国广告年度人物、“中国广告业年度十大广告公司经理人”称号。任纽约国际广告节理事国际高级评委;中国管理科学院企业形象研究所副所长;中国国情研究中心研究员;中国包协设计委员会副主任;中国广告协会公司委员会副主任;CCTV·AD盛典国际广告大赛国际评委;《中国设计年鉴》副主编;“中国之星”、“亚洲之星”设计大赛评委;2008北京奥运会设计大会特邀设计师;2010年上海世界博览会品牌特邀策略专家;中国高等院校广告教学教材编委会副主任;多所著名大学客座教授。

English Introduction

 Gao Jun, 1982, graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Guangxi Academy of Art and stayed at the school to teach; in 1985, he was the director of the design teaching and research department; in 1985, he was appointed to establish Beihai Adult Education Branch of Guangxi Academy of Art, as the director, in charge of teaching management and success. Students'graduation works were selected into China Art Exhibition and won many design awards; in 1985, they visited the United States; in 1986, they were ranked as associate professor by Guangxi Art Institute; in 1989, they founded Meigao and are currently the chairman of Meigao (China) Company. In the course of 19 years'entrepreneurship and development, he devoted himself to the research of brand marketing and communication strategies, served as a development strategy consultant for many famous enterprises at home and abroad, and was the founder of brand "circle theory" and "brand ecology theory".

Meigao was founded in 1989 at 50 yuan, and then transferred to Beijing and Shanghai from Beihai to Guilin. Experience has witnessed the vigorous development of China's advertising industry. In 1996, Mega's "Tianhe Gutong" marketing and communication case was awarded the only silver medal in AME medicine and health care category at New York International Advertising Festival. It represents the first time that Chinese people have won this honor in the international arena, achieving a zero breakthrough, and gaining self-confidence for local advertisers. In 1997, Mega moved its headquarters to Shanghai to serve the whole country, and established a creative consulting agency with initial scale.

In 2004, he was awarded the "Annual Advertising Person" and "Managers of the First Ten Chinese Advertising Companies". In 2006, with the support of the China Association of Broadcasting and Canton, the founders of the ten companies jointly sponsored the "International Creative Competition of Chinese Elements", and successfully received over 10,000 works at home and abroad, which promoted the value and self-confidence reconstruction of Chinese culture in creativity. The competition also set up the "Chinese Elements Documentation Award" to select people, events, brands and associations contributing to Chinese cultural creativity. Mr. Pei, a famous international architect, became the first Chinese to win this honor.

In 2006, at the invitation of the American Advertising Fund and as a representative of the Chinese Broadcasting Association, he made a special speech on "Contrast of Oriental and Western Creative Cultures", which aroused great repercussions. In the past 20 years of entrepreneurship and development, Gaojun has been based on the profound Chinese cultural origin, focusing on the understanding and promotion in practice, devoting himself to the research of Chinese-style wisdom brand marketing and communication strategy, building his own theoretical value system, and leading Mega to provide effective services for many famous enterprises. It is the founder of brand "circle brain theory" and "brand ecology theory".

From teaching to social practice, Gao Jun has profound insights. His lively speeches are highly welcomed by the industry and academia. His figure often appears in international professional forums and is active in the forums of famous universities such as Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan, Jiaotong University and Tongji. In 2005 and early 2006, respectively, China was invited to represent China at the famous European BFF Conference. The annual meeting of ARF Advertising Fund in the United States gave a keynote speech on "China Reimagine", which attracted great attention. He has been invited to participate in the industry appraisal at home and abroad for many times, and has won many honors and published many monographs. In 1998, he was awarded the World List of Persons. In 2003, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Advertiser of Contemporary China", "Person of the First China Advertising Year" and "Manager of Ten Advertising Companies of the Year of China Advertising Industry". He was appointed Senior International Judge of New York International Advertising Festival, Vice Director of Enterprise Image Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, Research Fellow of China National Situation Research Center, Vice Director of Design Committee of China Baotou Association, Vice Director of Company Committee of China Advertising Association, International Judge of CCTV AD Grand International Advertising Competition, Vice Editor of China Design Yearbook, China Star and Asia Star. Judge of Design Competition; Special Designer of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Design Conference; Special Strategy Expert of 2010 Shanghai World Expo Brand; Deputy Director of Editorial Board of Advertising Teaching Materials of Chinese Universities; Visiting Professors of Many Famous Universities.
