 Chen Jinhua, (1963.9--) from Nanping, Fujian Province. Graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts in 1990. Now he is the vice-director of lacquer painting art committee of China Artists Association, vice-chairman of Fujian Artists Association, director of lacquer painting art committee of Fujian Artists Association, vice-chairman of Xiamen Artists Association, director of Art Department of Xiamen University Art College and tutor of master's degree.

The 1989 work "Man and the Environment" was selected as the seventh art exhibition of the People's Republic of China.

In 1992, Miao Zhai was selected as the second National Watercolor and gouache painting exhibition.

In 1994, Red Tide was selected as the second Chinese oil painting exhibition.

In 1994, Yuanyin was awarded the highest prize in the 8th Art Exhibition of the People's Republic of China and collected by the Chinese Art Museum.

In 1995, the work "Same Sky" won the bronze prize of the first Chinese Landscape Oil Painting Exhibition.

The 1996 work "March Wind" was selected in the Chinese Watercolor Exhibition.

In 1996, he was awarded the Xiamen Youth Literature and Art Award - the Grand Prize. In 1997, his work Green Space was selected into the Youth Oil Painting Exhibition of China, the 9th Art Exhibition of the People's Republic of China and the Golden Prize of Oil Painting of Fujian Art Festival.

In 1998, he won the silver prize of the Second Hundred Flowers Literature and Art Award of Fujian Provincial People's Government.

The 1998 work Warm Rain was selected into the Contemporary Landscape Oil Painting Exhibition of'98 China International Year of Fine Arts'by the Ministry of Culture.

In 1999, the work "Sheng Shi Xianghe" won the Silver Prize of the Ninth Art Exhibition of the People's Republic of China and was collected by the Chinese Art Museum. He also participated in the first Beijing International Art Biennale.

In 2000, the work "Chinese Business" won the Excellent Award of the Chinese Art Exhibition of the Ministry of Culture, and was collected by the Macao Museum.

In 2000, he won the Silver Award of the Third Hundred Flowers Literature and Art Award of Fujian Provincial People's Government.

In 2000, he won the first prize of Fujian Province in art creation.

In December 2000, as one of the 10 representatives of Chinese artists, he was awarded the title of "Artist of Virtue and Art" in Beijing Great Hall of the People.

In 2001, "Twilight" was selected into the Chinese Watercolor Figure Painting Exhibition.

The 2002 work "Silent Song" was awarded the silver prize of the National Art Exhibition (Fujian Exhibition Area) in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong's Speech on May 23.

In 2002, his work "Big Year" won the gold medal of the first National Lacquer Painting Exhibition.

In 2004, the work "Flying Song of the Earth" won the silver prize of the 10th National Art Exhibition of the People's Republic of China.

In 2016, Fujian Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government named him "a famous artist of Fujian culture".

In November 2016, he attended the 10th National Congress of Chinese Literature and Art.
