唐鸣岳，1959年生于山东青岛，山东艺术学院美术学院教授、硕士生导师、副院长、中国美术家协会壁画艺术委员会委员、中国壁画学会副会长、常务理事，教育部高等学校美术学类教学指导委员会委员，山东省美术家协会副主席，山东壁画艺术研究院副院长，青岛当代艺术研究院名誉院长。1976年—1981年青岛发电厂
