程德龙，1960年生于福州市，中国美术家协会会员，中国工艺美术学会会员，中国漆画研究会会员，福建省漆艺文化研究会理事。现为福建省美术馆专职画家。
主要艺术活动：漆画《荷塘》入选“中国漆画展”，漆画《报春》入选“中国日本现代漆艺展”，漆画《秋语》入选“第八届全国美术作品展”，漆画《闽南老家》入选“全国首届漆画艺术展”，选送法国巴黎“中国文化年中国漆画展”，漆画《凝视》荣获“从河姆渡走来——2010第三届国际漆艺展”（银奖）。漆画《展翅》、《采》被中国对外艺术展交流中心收藏，漆画《水仙》被福建省鲤鱼洲国宾馆收藏，漆画《武夷风光》等两幅作品被中国驻埃及大使馆收藏，漆壁画《海底世界》被福建省文化厅收藏。漆画作品多次参加国内外展览，并有作品发表和获奖，作品入编《首届全国漆画展作品集》、《福建当代书画作品集》、《福建漆画集》，众多作品被美国、日本、新加坡、台湾等国际友人及画廊收藏。传略收入《中国当代美术家名人录》及《中国当代艺术家名人录》。
