魏聿功，嵌银丝艺术家，山东潍坊人，曾任潍坊市嵌银厂设计创新研究室主任。
1939年在潍坊学徒，开始学习嵌银技术，1954年进嵌银厂，在1979年召开的全国工艺美术艺人、创作设计人员代表大会上，被授予“工艺美术家”光荣称号。原山东省潍坊市嵌银厂工艺美术家。1978年加入中国共产党。建国后，历任潍坊市嵌银厂嵌工车间主任、设计创新研究室主任，中国美术家协会常务理事。
在嵌银技术上，研究成功粗、细丝相结合的技法，并将嵌银丝工艺和雕刻工艺相结合，提高了嵌银丝工艺水平。
其作品做工精细，形象逼真，不沉丝，不跳丝，线条流畅。《红木嵌银丝套漆博古文具》、《红木嵌山水粗细丝配合五扇小座屏》、《红木细双龙手杖》、《红木山水玉扇小坐屏》等。
