赵之公(1939—)，男，汉族。黑龙江哈尔滨人。原中国农业出版社美编室副主任、装帧设计室主任、副编审。1964年毕业于中央工艺美术学院（清华大学美术学院）装潢系，擅长书籍装帧。兴趣广泛，绘画、雕塑、书法、篆刻、折纸等在国家书、报、刊出版。首创“人生里程纪念票”，作品被国内外友人收藏、创作并出版折纸艺术。自幼热爱现实主义主写实绘画。其平面设计、科普绘画作品入选全国装帧艺术大展、国际装帧艺术交流展、中国首届设计艺术大展、全国林业科普美术展，并获一、二、三等奖。主要作品《红色娘子军》封面设计入选全国美术院校毕业生展《许杰笔石论文集》封面设计入选第三届全国书籍装帧艺术展《花卉词典》封面设计入选第四届全国书籍装帧艺术展
