张立农，男1962年生，毕业于河北师范大学及中央美术学院油画系研究生课程班，现任河北画院一级美术师，河北省艺术馆美术部主任，中国美术家协会会员

1994年作品《山里的云》获“河北省美展”一等奖，入选第八届全国美展
1998年作品《娘亲》入选“第九届全军美展”
1998年作品《壳》获“河北美术提名展”金奖
1999年作品《云》获“燕赵群星奖”金奖并获“全国群星奖”优秀作品奖
1999年作品《别》获“河北省纪念抗日战争胜利55周年美展”一等奖
2000年赴马来西亚举办个人画展
