1988年毕业于中国美术学院工艺美术系陶瓷艺术专业，天津美术学院设计艺术学院副院长。中国美术家协会会员、中国美术家协会工艺美术艺术委员会委员、亚洲基础造型协会会员，主要从事陶瓷艺术创作、装饰器物造型、综合造型基础等课程的教学和研究工作。《硕果累累》、《流淌的岁月》、《容·悦》、《生命乐章》、《脸谱系列》、《律动系列》等多件作品入选全国和省部级美术展览。理论研究《基于中国美学思想的当代器物造型研究》、《“制器尚象”造物思想对当代陶艺的价值研究》、《从设计基础到专业设计》、《利用限制性开发创造性》、《创新人才的培养从基础做起》等多篇学术论文在《装饰》、《包装工程》等核心杂志和国内国际重要专业学术刊物上发表；主持及参与多项省部级、国家级科研项目和教学改革项目。曾荣获中国教育工会天津市委员会和天津市总工会授予的“三育人”先进个人及“八五”立功奖章。

 In 1988, he graduated from Ceramic Art Department of China Academy of Fine Arts, and vice president of Design Art College of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. Members of the Chinese Artists Association, the Arts and Crafts Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, and the Asian Basic Modeling Association are mainly engaged in the teaching and research of the courses of ceramic art creation, decorative objects modelling and comprehensive modelling basis. Many works, such as "Rich Fruits", "Flowing Years", "Rong Yue", "Movement of Life", "Facebook Series" and "Rhythm Series", have been selected into national and provincial art exhibitions. Theoretic studies include "Modeling of Contemporary Artifacts Based on Chinese Aesthetic Thought", "Research on the Value of Creation Thought of Making Artifacts for Contemporary Ceramic Art", "From Design Basis to Professional Design", "Exploiting Creativity with Restriction", "Foundation for Cultivating Innovative Talents" and many other academic papers in "Decoration". Published in core magazines such as Packaging Engineering and important academic journals at home and abroad; presided over and participated in a number of provincial and ministerial-level and national-level scientific research projects and teaching reform projects. He was awarded the "Three Educational Persons" Advanced Individual and the "Eighth Five-Year" Meritorious Medal by the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the China Education Trade Union and the Tianjin Federation of Trade Unions.
