杜树森，1964年出生于黑龙江，河北交河人。中国美术家协会会员，沧州市美术家协会理事，河北美协会员，工艺美术师。1980年师从工笔画名家米春茂先生。1984年作品入选河北省青少年画展。1986年在《连环画刊》上发表连环画《创口》；作品入选五省连环画计划生育展。1987年在《河北故事》上发表连环画《太子滩的来历》。1991年作品入选中国青少年赴港展；同年在“羲皇杯”书法大展中获佳作奖。1998年10月作品<融>入选第四届当代中国工笔画大展
 1999年6月，作品《思》入选《中国画三百家》作品展览
1999年12月，作品《梦绕春宵》入选鑫光杯迎澳门回归中国画精品展
2002年11月，作品《故园春色》在全国第五届工笔画大展中获优秀奖
