蒋运连，1976年出生于广西桂林，1998年毕业于广西桂林教育学院美术系中国画专业，2008年就读于中国国家画院范扬工作室首届山水画课题班。现为中国美术家协会会员，桂林漓江画院山水画创作部主任，桂林漓江画院美术馆副馆长，作品多次入选全国美术作品展并有获奖。
