陈济谋，男，汉族，1945年11月生，笔名兰子，福建福鼎人。大学学历，中共党员。1970年8月天津南开大学历史系毕业参加工作。大学学历。受家庭熏陶，自幼酷爱书画艺术，上世纪八十年代初受业于林锴、周沧米诸先生。作品为天津美术馆、青岛博物馆、吴昌硕纪念馆等机构收藏。1972年10月任共青团福鼎团县委干事，副书记；福鼎县委常委、宣传部部长；宁德地委统战部副部长。1986年8月任霞浦县委书记。1990年8月任宁德地委委员、宣传部部长。1996年4月任宁德地委副书记。2000年3月任福建省委统战部副部长。2001年8月任福建省文学艺术联合会副主席、党组书记、书记处书记。中国美协理事。
作品多次参加全国、全省美术展览，在国内外专业刊物上发表作品数十幅。入选《福州市美术家作品选》、《福建画院画家作品集》、《西禅画院画家作品集》、《中国当代国画名家精品集》等大型画册。
