尹世顺，一九四七年生于武汉，祖籍湖北黄陂。进修于湖北美院，得到汤文选、成泊舟等名家亲自指导。现为湖北中国画研究院副院长。中国美协会员，湖北青年美协理事，中国视学会美术委员会委员，湖北佛教艺术馆艺术顾问，湖北归元书画院副院长。
作品《楚乡情运》入选八届全国美展，五幅作品入编《全国名家山水画技法解析》，作品《鄂南速写》入选第二届中国人物画展等。诸多作品被各种刊物推荐刊出，并在国内举办个展和联展。
