（胜华），1950年出生于山东惠民，山东莒县人，当代中国花鸟画家。山东美术出版社美编、中国美术家协会会员、山东画院高级画师、山东政协书画之友社成员。美术创作以中国花鸟画为主，作品松灵野逸，清新自然，笔墨洒脱，独创点彩写鸟画法，画风松秀空灵，清丽脱俗，独具一格。作品四次参加全国花鸟画邀请展，两次在全国专题性美展中获银奖，一次获优秀奖，先后入选中国画三百家等重要展览，两次赴欧洲举办画展和进行学术交流.2006年在山东新闻大厦成功举办“心释物象”王盛华花鸟画新作展。曾先后前往德国、法国举办画展，和学术交流，传记被编于《中国当代美术家人名录》和《中国文艺家传集》等辞书。

1977年作品《草原新医》（合作）入选全国美展，年画《四新图》由辽宁美术出版社出版。
1975年作品《并肩战斗》入选全军美展。
1985年转业至山东美术出版社。
1991年作品《清秋》入选全国第六届中国花鸟画邀请展。
1995年作品《阳光下的群鸭》入选第十届中国花鸟画邀请展。
1996年作品《贺寿图》入选第十一届中国花鸟画邀请展。
1997年作品《春茶吐艳》、《起舞弄清影》、《长寿》、《爽秋》等入选中国美协第十二届新人新作展，《荷香图》入选新亚欧大陆桥美协作品展。
1999年作品《仁者寿》入选纪念孔子诞辰2550年书画大展，获优秀奖。《硕果图》入选中国画三百家画展；《硕寿图》入选跨世纪全国卫生美术、书法、摄影精品展，获银奖。
2000年作品《盛夏图》入选东方书画艺术大展，获银奖；《意中春色》参加“今日水墨”中国画名家巡回展临沂展；赴德国参加“2000·与中国对话·水墨水彩展”和艺术交流活动。
2001年作品《冬之舞》入选中国美协“新时代”中国画作品展；《芳草地》入选2001年全国中国画作品展；《硕果累累》入选中国文联中国近现代书画展；参加“今日水墨”郑州展。
2002年作品《荷》入选全国首届新闻出版界书画大展，获优秀奖；《清韵》入选中国美协在内蒙举办的“西部辉煌”中国画作品展；参加“今日水墨”南京展。
2003年作品《斑竹一枝千滴泪》入编中国书画收藏杂志社《东方红诗书画》，获金像奖。《大寿》入选文化部文华阁首届中国装饰书画艺术精品展，获一等奖；参加“今日水墨”成都展；赴韩国大邱市参加中韩美术作品联展；参加中国画名家“走进湘西”采风活动。
2004年作品《潇湘图》入选中国美术出版界美术家作品展；参加“今日水墨”西宁展。
2006年在山东新闻大厦成功举办“心释物象”王盛华花鸟画新作展。
