陈怀贵，1980年出生于福建泉州，福建省美术家协会会员。作品多次入选全国美术展览，2008年、2011年连续两次获得泉州市政府颁发的第六届、第七届“泉州市刺痛文艺奖”，2012年荣获泉州市鲤城区“优秀人才”荣誉称号，享受政府特殊津贴。
