徐宏清，女，1981年生于河北省故城县，中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，黑龙江省画院研究院，黑龙江冰雪画研究会理事，大北方国画艺术研究院秘书长。
作品《夏》、《微风摇芳忆故乡》、《为什么的岁月》等分别入选中国美术家协会主办的“欢庆十六大—西部大地情中国画大展”；“第二届中国美术金彩奖全国美术作品展”并被收藏；“全国第七届工笔画大展”；“八荒通神第二届哈尔滨双年展”（优秀奖）。
作品《绿荫》、《叙秋》、《春风又绿》、《向远方》、《晨妆》、《云淡风清》、《秋韵》分别在“中央电视台2004年书画展”中获银奖;“第十二届当代中国画邀请展”中获铜奖；“黎昌第四届青年中国画年展”中获优秀奖；参加“第六届牡丹杯中国画名家提名展”；入选“第十四届当代中国花鸟画邀请展”；“首届全国‘徐悲鸿’中国画展”。
