周惠康，笔名：朝海，1977年出生于广东惠州，毕业于广州美术学院，现任教于广东文艺学院。中国美术家协会会员，广东书画研究会理事。先后受教于邓秀红老师和曾照胜老师以及著名水彩画家陈海宁老师和陈朝生老师。

Zhou Huikang, pseudonym: Government of great capacity, was born in Guangdong benefit city 1977, be graduated from Guangzhou academy of fine arts, currently hold the post ofteach Yu Andong literary college.
