褚滨，山东微山人，1960年3月出生，早年美术受教于赵明程先生，先后毕业于济宁师专﹑曲阜师大，结业于西安美院，杜滋龄先生弟子。现为济宁学院美术系副教授﹑副主任，中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会理事，济宁市美术家协会副主席兼秘书长。
《大船浜》入选第七届全国美展；《铁道游击队》入选第十届全国美展，并获省一等奖；《英雄儿女图》入选庆祝建军八十周年全国美展；《唱起那动人的歌谣》入选庆祝建军八十五周年全国美展；出版有《中国名家速写集·褚滨速写》、《闲楮微痕·褚滨水墨》。
