秦克强:1943年6月生于天津市，中国美术家协会会员、天津工艺美院教授、天津市政协书法研究会理事。多年从事国画教学和创作.其业绩入编《世界华人、文学艺术界名人录》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《共和国专家成就博览》、《2000中国风·杰出人物集》、《世界华人精英大典》等辞书。
《饮水思源》1984年入选“第六届全国美展”。
《叠翠图》1994年入选“第八届全国美展”。建国45周年美术作品展佳作奖。
《侗乡三月》1993年入选“全国首届中国山水画展”，作品选入《全国首届中国山水画展览作品集》出版，并参加国家级国际艺术交流展。
他自幼酷爱美术，早年师承著名山水画家赵松涛先生专攻山水。1959年开始从事美术工作，至1972年在天津美术设计院任设计绘画员。1972年开始从事国家教学至今。现任教于天津工艺美院，以教学为主兼搞创作。多年来刻苦研习传统技法并注重师法造化，多次深入名山大川写生创作，在传统技法的基础上探索融入西画技法和色彩，使画面呈现新意。注意吸收众家之长。其作品多次入选国内外美术展览并获奖；许多作品在报刊、杂志、画册中出版和收藏。其中作品《叠翠图》入选第八届全国美展，同时入选天津市庆祝建国45周年美展，获"佳作奖"；同年入选全国首届中华民族书画艺术展获"有些作品奖"。作品《侗乡三月》入选全国首届中国山水画展，并入选参加国家级国际艺术交流展，先后赴美国纽约、澳大利亚悉尼展出并出版，后被日中国际美术协会编入《现代中国山水画大观》画集；作品《饮水思源》入选第六届全国美展；作品《长城内外尽朝晖》入选中国当代千名国画家作品展，并出版在"中国当代国画集萃"大型画册中；《黄山云霭》入选全国百幅扇面精品展，作品均被收藏。作品《秋艳》入选天津市迈向新世纪优秀美术、摄影作品展，获"优秀奖"，等。
