黄景涛(1929.5—)重庆合川人。擅长中国画。1947年入四川省北碚师范美术科学习，1949年入蜀中艺专美术系专修山水画，1952年入西南人民艺术学院美术系，1955年毕业于西南美术专科学校。曾在山西省美工室、山西省群众艺术馆、山西人民艺术学院从事创作辅导、教学工作，历任《山西画报》、山西《群众画报》美术编辑，山西人民出版社美术编辑、审读员，编审。作品有《黄河之歌》、《龙门图》、《太行丰碑》、《青山常在水长流》等。
擅山水，所作以写实为主，布局严谨，用笔苍劲，画面苍润浑厚，气势雄壮，具有鲜明的北方特色。《云岗的早晨》、《同蒲风光》(长卷·合作)《黄河颂》(合作)《黄河之歌》、《旭日青松》、《龙门图》、《太行丰碑》等多次入选全国及省级画展，并在报刊上发表，多幅作品参加国外展出或被国内外收藏。1986年获国家“连环画工作荣誉奖”。现为中国美术家协会会员，山西省美术家协会理事，山西国际文化交流画院常务副院长。
