杜尾顽字居尚出生于1960年，《品牌文化》杂志艺术顾问，中国美术家协会会员，福建省花鸟画家学会理事，中国古琴学会会员，福建古琴艺术专业委员会副会长。毕业于中国美术学院中国画专业，07年中国美术家协会推荐具有市场潜质中青年画家。
