刘勤敬：中国山水画家。1948年生于山东牟平，1965年至1974年兰州军区建设兵团一师一团战士，1974年至1987年济南历下区明湖路办事处干部，1987年至1993年济南历下区文东路办事处副主任，1993年至1994年济南泉城路办事处副书记、主任，1994年至1997年济南历下区东关办事处书记，1998年至2003年济南市历下区人民政府副区长，1989年至1990年山东经济管理干部学院企业管理专科毕业。供职于济南市历下区人大常委会，系中国美术家协会会员，山东画院高级画师、山东电视书画院副院长，济南市历下区美协主席，济南历下书画院院长。作品多次参加全国和省市画展并获奖，其中部分作品在多种刊物发表或为海内外友人收藏。近几年来，先后参加了中国美协在北京举办的“2001年新时代中国画展”；2002年西部辉煌全国中国画提名展获优秀奖，入选2002年中国美协第十六次新人新作展，入选2003年海潮杯全国中国画作品展；入选“中、韩、日第一届书画交流展”，2003年出版了《刘勤敬山水画集》。2004年入编《中国山水画百家》作品集。在“盛世国风”全国中国书画年展中获银奖。
 2005年参加了儒风纪念孔子诞辰2556年全国书画邀请展。山东第二届中国书画艺术博览会。
2006年应邀参加了中韩仁川、山东代表作家国际美术交流会；泰山颂当代国画名家邀请展；第四届全省画院书画联展；山东第三届中国书画艺术博览会。
 2007年参加了纪念辛弃疾逝世800周年全国书画名家作品邀请展。

Liu Qinjing: Chinese landscape painter. He was born in Muping, Shandong Province in 1948. He was a soldier in the first division of Lanzhou Military Region Construction Corps from 1965 to 1974. He was a cadre in Lixia District Minghu Road office from 1974 to 1987. From 1987 to 1993, he was the deputy director of Wendong Road office in Lixia District, Jinan. From 1993 to 1994, he was the deputy secretary and director of Quancheng Road office in Jinan. From 1994 to 1997, he was the Secretary of Dongguan office in Lixia District, Jinan Deputy district chief of Lixia District People's Government of Nanshi City, graduated from Enterprise Management College of Shandong Economic Management Cadre College from 1989 to 1990. He works in the Standing Committee of Lixia District People's Congress of Jinan City, is a member of China Artists Association, senior painter of Shandong Academy of painting, vice president of Shandong TV calligraphy and painting academy, chairman of Lixia District Art Association of Jinan City, and President of Lixia calligraphy and Painting Academy of Jinan City. His works have participated in national and provincial painting exhibitions for many times and won awards. Some of his works have been published in various journals or collected by friends at home and abroad. In recent years, he has successively participated in the "2001 new era Chinese Painting Exhibition" held by the China Artists Association in Beijing; in 2002, the Western brilliant national Chinese painting Nomination Exhibition won the excellent award, was selected into the 16th new work exhibition of the China Artists Association in 2002, was selected into the 2003 Haichao Cup National Chinese painting exhibition; was selected into the "first painting and calligraphy exchange exhibition of China, South Korea and Japan", and published Liu Qinjing's landscape in 2003 Collection of paintings. In 2004, he was included in the collection of Chinese landscape paintings. He won the silver medal in the national calligraphy and painting annual exhibition of "prosperous national style".

In 2005, he participated in the national calligraphy and painting exhibition in commemoration of Confucius' birthday. Shandong second China painting and calligraphy art exhibition.

In 2006, he was invited to participate in the international art exchange of Chinese and Korean writers in Incheon and Shandong; the invitation exhibition of Taishan song contemporary Chinese painting masters; the fourth provincial painting and calligraphy joint exhibition; the third Chinese painting and calligraphy art exhibition in Shandong.

In 2007, he participated in the national calligraphy and painting works invitation exhibition to commemorate the 800th anniversary of Xin Qiji's death.
