林启泉，男，1969年4月生。福建武平人，1993年福建师范大学美术系本科毕业。就职于福建省龙岩市高级中学（原龙岩师范学校）。曾受教于翁振新、林容生、张明超等著名教授。中国美术家协会会员，龙岩市美术家协会秘书长，福建省工笔画学会学术秘书。福建省龙岩师范学校讲师，闽西书画院画师，龙岩市政协龙津墨会画师。龙岩市优秀青年专业人才。

Lin Qiquan, male, born in April 1969. Born in Wuping, Fujian Province, graduated from the Department of fine arts of Fujian Normal University in 1993. He worked in Longyan senior high school (the former Longyan normal school). He has been taught by Weng Zhenxin, Lin Rongsheng, Zhang Mingchao and other famous professors. He is a member of China Artists Association, Secretary General of Longyan Artists Association and academic secretary of Fujian Fine Brushwork Painting Association. Lecturer of Longyan normal school in Fujian Province, painter of West Fujian painting and Calligraphy Institute, painter of Longjin ink Association of CPPCC Longyan city. Excellent young professionals in Longyan city.
