赵华双，山西平定人。1988年毕业于山西师范大学。1990年进修于天津美术学院。2002年先后入北京画院王文芳，王明明工作室研修深造。曾任山西省平定文化馆副馆长，现为山西美术家协会会员，阳泉美术学院专职画家。从1993年起陆续有作品入选全国、全省各类型艺术大展并获奖：中国赴加拿大和多巴哥两国中国美术作品展，中国青年画家国画大展，首届《国画家》中国水墨画小品精作展，第四届当代中国山水画展，纪念延安文艺座谈会讲话60周年全国美术作品展，全国当代花鸟画艺术大展，山西美术作品展铜奖，山西剪纸艺术大赛二等奖，山西第十三届美展三等奖，纪念邓小平诞辰100周年全国书画大赛优秀奖。出版《中国当代实力派画家赵华双》画集。
