赵晓钟，男，1957年7月生于南京，现为江苏省国画院山水画研究所专职画家，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员。
1992年作品多次参加国内外美术大展并有多幅作品获奖；
1997年《石头城》获文化部主办的迎香港回归书画展优秀奖；
1998年大型壁画《美丽的扬子江》（2米×25米），现陈列于上海五星级紫金山大酒店；
1999年应中共中央办公厅，文化部邀请和秦剑铭合作《云起峰拥千岩秀》中南海怀人堂收藏陈列；
2001年《月胧关山》获七彩世纪画展铜奖；
2002年《金陵晨曦》获江苏省首届画展佳作奖；
2003年《秋声可闻》入选中国美术协首届中国工笔重彩小幅作品艺术展；
2004年应毛主席纪念堂邀请作《泉落万壑鸣》，被毛主席纪念堂收藏并在纪念邓小平诞辰100周年大型书画集中发表；
2004年为江苏省委大楼作巨幅国画《日出江花红胜火》（2.5×12米合作）
2004年《时空》获江苏省文化精品创新工程“现代·都市水墨画展优秀奖。长城》《昆仑月如洗》《江清月近人》《黄土地》《黄河水》《圣》《山中一夜雨》等作品在省级以上书画展中入选并获奖。
2005年《寂山静水》入选中国美术家协会太湖情中国画提名展；
2005年《四明山庄》入选中国美协2005中国百家金陵画展；
2005年《湖光山色》入选现代金陵水墨传媒展；
