张泊生（1907--1986），幼名洁塘。男，汉族，河北威县人。1926年毕业于邢台第四师范，同年考入北平大学艺术学院中国画系，受教于齐白石、王梦白、萧厔泉、萧谦中、汤定之诸人。1930年毕业后在中学、师范学校任美术教师，1937年后担任行政领导工作。1945年底调入教育部门先后任邯郸中学、保定市第二中学、保定工农速成中学校长，保定市教育局局长，河北北京师范学院副院长，天津美术学院副院长等职。擅山水，所作繁皴密点，苍老浑厚。1982年先后在天津、石家庄等地举办个人画展，1984年作品入选“天津市十二人画展”。1985年作品入选“天津市十人画展”。有的作品刊入《河北山水画集》。生前为中国美术家协会会员。中国美术家协会会员。作品多为中国传统山水画。
