秦天，笔名晴天，苗族，广西桂林人，毕业于广西艺术学院，美术专业领域艺术硕士，硕士学位。
1991年-1994年桂林地区经济干校美术专业中专

2011年-2014年广西艺术学院中国山水画硕士研究生
2015-至今单位：桂林画院工作内容：专职画家硕士研究生
