赵松岩，女，安徽省砀山县人，1993年7月毕业于淮北煤师院美术系国画专业（本科），1997年至1998年进修于天津美术学院中国画系。系中国美术家协会会员，省工笔协会理事、宿州市美术家协会副秘书长，砀山县人大常委会委员、宿州市政协委员，2005年3月被评为宿州市“十佳”文艺工作者，砀山县书画院院长。2008年5月任职于宿州市书画院。
赵松岩在创作中努力展现砀山地域特色，善画砀山梨，以此来增加砀山的美誉度，促进一方经济的发展。她曾经18次参加省美协、文化厅各种书画展，其作品5次录取国家级展览。1996年其作品《梨花月》参加韩国文化艺术展，1998年其作品《梨乡情》获首届全国扇面艺术展优秀奖并由人民美术出版社出版画册。2001年其作品《梨花雪》获全国年画大展铜奖。2003年其作品《我家的桐花树》入选中国美协主办的2003年全国中国画作品展。2005年其作品《胜日寻芳》入选第十六届国际美术大会“美术特展”并出版画册。其论文及作品多次发表在《安徽日报》、《中国书画报》、《新安晚报》等刊物。
作为砀山书画院院长，赵松岩多次组织书画家到外地采风进行大练兵活动，多次与周边地区书画家交流研究提高技能。近几年，书画院还在砀山主办各种纪念性活动展览13次之多。如：反映梨乡风土人情的《梨乡情》书画展；为庆祝建国五十周年的“辉煌的五十年”书画展；建党80周年的大型书画展；廉政建设大型书画展；从不同侧面宣传了砀山，在一定程度上推动了砀山经济发展和社会进步。
