张松涛（1929—1993）现代景德镇的陶瓷美术家。中国美术家协会会员。号芝山友竹。江西波阳县人。1944年就读于浮梁县立陶瓷科初级职业学校。以刘雨岑为师。长期在陶瓷部门工作。历任艺术瓷厂厂长、陶瓷馆馆长、国家用瓷办公室主任、市美协副主席。擅长粉彩花鸟。喜作猫蝶，草虫，燕雀。尤喜画猫、画牡丹。关注油画、苏绣等姐妹艺术，取其所长，为我所用。重结构，讲气韵，追求纯真、质朴、和谐、向上的境界，富有时代气息。曾赴香港、日本交流展出，评价颇高。代表作有国画《春燕》《上游》，粉彩《柳荫双马图》九头茶具，《草虫图》扁壶，《情趣图》薄胎瓶，《群猫戏蝶》《梅花麻雀》《春风杨柳万千条》挂盘等。粉彩瓷板画《八猫》，藏景德镇陶瓷馆。曾任市政协委员、常务委员。1961年由市政府授誉为陶瓷美术家。
