李增喜，男，1967年生，河南中牟县人。毕业于西安陆军学院，后在广州美术学院和北京解放军艺术学院深造数年。
 中国美术家协会会员、中国现代青年书画家协会会员、西域书画研究会副会长、中国文化部文化市场发展中心特聘调研员。受教于著名画家刘大为、袁武、周彦生、方楚雄等诸多教授。擅长冰雪山水，西域风情和工笔花岛。其书法擅长行草和篆隶，多幅作品被选送国外展览，绘画得益于置身“六月天山雪，无花只有寒”的西塞边陲的独特环境。细读其作品，一股醇厚的冰峰漠野气息迎面扑来，仿佛徘徊游荡那西塞边陲的山水间，其笔下关山行旅图式的边塞风光、丝道古迹、驼铃声声以及塞外独有的冰雪之姿质，极好地凸现了西域高原雄伟峻拔的风骨。作品在军队和地方的书画展中多次获一等奖。传略入编中国社科院编撰《共和国专家成就博览》（艺术卷）、《河南书画名家志》、《中国艺术家人才库》等多部典集。
